What we collect
Account data: your name, work email, role, and the preferences you set (language, region, theme).
Campaign data: the campaigns, creative, events, scorecards and invoices for the accounts you engage us on. End-customer events are pseudonymous (anonymous ids) — we do not need names to measure.
Operational logs: an audit trail of changes made inside the desk (who changed what, when).
Why we collect it
To deliver the service you hired: run campaigns, report results, bill correctly, and keep the desk secure. Legal bases: performance of a contract, and where applicable your consent (marketing email, non-essential cookies) or legitimate interest (security logs).
Where it lives
On our own infrastructure: a first-party tracking endpoint (track.digit-adz.com), our application database, and our email systems (Amazon SES + Sendy on mail.digit-adz.com). We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion. Clients can export accounts, events, scorecards, audit and invoices as CSV from the desk at any time; deletion requests are honored within 30 days subject to tax-record retention. Email subscribers can unsubscribe from any campaign or by replying to the desk.
